Running and Walking Clinics
You have a goal but you don't know where to start. You want to get fit and stay fit without injury. You need some structured guidelines to keep you accountable. Gallagher Fitness Resources offers the following two choices:

*** Run with GFR year-round on Saturday mornings! The TeamGFR Training Group meets at the store at 6:45am, every Saturday throughout the year. Since 1994, our training programs have led thousands of Salem area runners to success. Each training plan (event distance) offers individualized programs for Beginner, Recreational, Advanced, and Competitive Runners. Explore the road signs below to see the available training options and pick a plan to help you move to your goal event.

10-Week Training Plans for 5k and 10k. 13-Week Training Plan for 2-day team relay events. 22-Week Training Plans for
Half-Marathons and Marathons.

*** The Women's Beginning Walking and Running Clinic takes place on Tuesdays for 12 weeks, twice a year: March through May and August through October. Click the Cat logo above for more information on these options.
